Job summary

Dream Three is seeking a part-time Booking Coordinator to bring our artists and production properties to new audiences. You will work under the Booking Manager and collaborate with the founder and Operations team to move promising conversations toward confirmed engagements.

You’ll own the details that make bookings happen and learn how buyers choose projects, build lasting presenter relationships, and ensure smooth handoffs to production partners. Remote or hybrid NYC/LA options offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in booking, live events, or arts administration.
• Strong writing and reliable follow-through with deadlines.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and project tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Research presenters, venues, and buyers; keep materials current.
• Track inquiries, holds, and deal notes for clear next steps.
• Prepare proposals, deal memos, and agreements from templates.
• Coordinate revisions, approvals, and signatures.
• Communicate with presenters and coordinate handoffs to operations.
• Maintain booking records and assist with invoicing and payments.
