Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Post Closing Bond Manager to lead the Bond Post Closing Team, escalations, and process optimization. You will collaborate with investors and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and adherence to MCC and bond program requirements.

The role emphasizes day-to-day leadership, performance coaching, and continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness across post-closing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending, including knowledge of bond programs.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MCC/bond program requirements.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Bond Post Closing Team and ensure pipeline efficiency.
• Monitor and report Bond Post Closing Team activity and manage aged loans.
• Conduct twice-weekly oversight reviews of aging loans and provide trend analysis.
• Implement at least two process improvements per month to boost efficiency.
• Perform second-tier review of escalated files and ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining compliance.
• Coordinate with Training, Product Development, and other CCM departments on MCC/bond processes.
