Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Bodily Injury Adjuster for a full‑time, home‑based position. The role involves adjusting third party General Liability, Auto Liability, E&O, and related bodily injury claims, with occasional travel to meetings or investigations.

Florida residency is highly preferred and an active FL license is required. The team emphasizes professional and timely communication, adherence to client guidelines, and achieving a high claim closure ratio, while supporting ongoing CEU

Qualifications

2+ years of experience handling bodily injury claims, including represented and unrepresented files.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Possession of a FL All Lines Adjuster license.
CEU credits maintenance for FL All Lines Adjuster license.

Responsibilities

Adjust third party General Liability, Auto Liability, E&O, and Law Enforcement claims with bodily injury or personal injury.
Review workflow and claim system reminders; achieve task completion within 72 hours.
Contact insured/claimant within 24 hours of assignment and coordinate appraisals per guidelines.
Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and obtain statements for claims.
Follow client guidelines for denials and communicate with clients professionally.
Maintain a 95% claim closure ratio and report to excess carriers when required.
Handle cases with integrity, confidential information, and ongoing documentation.
