Remote - Board Certified Behavior Analyst-BCBA - Full Time

W3Global is actively seeking a qualified BCBA for a remote contract position.

Contract Details

• Period: 4-6 months, with potential extension
• Pay: $45 - $65/hr
• Schedule: Flexible, with availability Monday-Thursday 8:15am-6:00pm and Friday 8:15am-3:00pm
• License: Wisconsin, required upon start

Minimum Requirements

• At least two years of remote supervision of RBTs
• Experience with Central Reach software

Responsibilities

Caseload Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and train on behavior plans based on Functional Behavior Assessments
• Complete documentation timely
• Participate in staff training and develop collaborative relationships with clients, families, and staff
• Assess skills and behaviors using standardized tools (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Provide parent training and monitor engagement

Administrative Responsibilities

• Assess clinical needs in school settings
• Participate in HR activities like staff evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Supervise and mentor BTT and BTTh staff
• Collaborate with Clinical Director on policies and programs
• Ensure staff adherence to policies and procedures

Additional Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum 2 years supervisory and remote experience
• Proficiency in Central Reach, scheduling, and treatment planning
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass background checks, lift up to 50 lbs, and excellent communication skills
