Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to patients and families
• Supervise treatment implementation and conduct assessments
• Develop individualized behavior programs and treatment plans
• Conduct functional analyses and write behavior intervention plans
• Implement data collection and evaluate patient progress
• Train parents/caregivers and participate in team meetings
• Maintain BCBA certification and state licensure

Qualifications

• Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification in good standing
• At least 2 years working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• 1+ year in BCaBA or BCBA role
• Preferred: Texas residency, bilingual in Spanish/English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move or transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to respond quickly during sessions
