BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to support children, infants, and families in Arizona.

Position Summary:

Take on a leadership role to make a lasting impact on children with autism and developmental challenges. As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee treatment plans, guide ABA Therapists, and ensure high-quality care. Work closely with families, using ABA principles and data-driven strategies to foster growth. Mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision to behavioral therapists
  • Design, review, and update ABA curriculum plans
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Review reports and session notes regularly
  • Analyze ABA data for program adjustments
  • Write progress reports for clients
  • Communicate with parents and collaborate on strategies
  • Coordinate with Program Managers to maintain quality
  • Train parents and staff in ABA techniques
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification from BACB
  • Arizona State License
  • Assessment and re-assessment in person
