Brightview Care is seeking a BCaBA to assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services under supervision. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • BCaBA certification in good standing.
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
  • Ability to supervise clinical staff effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients’ homes.
  • Familiarity with ABA billing platforms (e.g., Central Reach).
  • Bilingual abilities (preferred).

About the Role
