Reaching Milestones in North Augusta seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs and manage a caseload for children with Autism. Responsibilities include providing ABA interventions, training staff, and conducting assessments. The candidate must possess relevant experience and BCBA certification.
The position offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health insurance, and retirement plans.
Under the direction of the Clinical Director this BCBA works directly with children with Autism, managing a caseload of direct one-on-one services and providing monthly supervision to RBT cases.
This position supervises RBTs on their direct service cases at the clinic.
The role is conducted in a professional clinic setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Active role requiring bending, sitting, standing, lifting (5–20 lbs), walking, and diapering of children throughout the day.
Full‑time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Master’s degree in psychology or a related field is required. BCBA certification is mandatory.
