Job summary

Brightview Care is seeking a BCaBA to assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and guide the clinical direction for ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will mentor Behavioral Technicians and collaborate closely with families to support meaningful progress.

The role involves conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, analyzing data, ensuring ethical compliance, and coordinating with caregivers to promote skill generalization in clients' homes and community

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification (BCaBA) in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
  • Ability to supervise and support clinical staff effectively.

About The Role

As a BCaBA, you will assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families.
