Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals through direct patient care and ongoing assessment.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1–2 years providing ABA services in a clinical, home, or school setting under a BCBA credential (Required).
  • Direct experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Proven track record of supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or other behavior therapy staff.
  • Experience with parent and caregiver training in ABA techniques.
  • Hands‑on experience with data collection, analysis, and program adjustments based on client progress.
  • Familiarity with insurance authorization processes and documentation requirements specific to ABA therapy.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and ethical guidelines in ABA practice.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adjust interventions as needed.
