Job summary

Wise Skulls LLC is seeking an experienced BMC Helix Technical Consultant for a fully remote role. The candidate will bring hands-on expertise with AR System, Helix Platform, Digital Workplace, Service Catalog, and ITSM integrations to drive migration and integration projects.

The ideal professional has strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and KPI-based reporting, and can work effectively in enterprise environments. Telework-friendly, US-based arrangements apply.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with BMC AR System including Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Permissions, and Audit Configuration.
Experience with BMC Helix Platform / Innovation Studio, Record Definitions, Views, Processes, and Rules.
Knowledge of Digital Workplace, Service Catalog, and Smart IT configuration.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.
Experience with Helix reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and audit-based metrics.
Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.

Responsibilities

Hands-on work with BMC AR System components (Forms, Active Links, Filters, Audits).
Implement and optimize Helix Platform features, records, views, and rules.
Configure Digital Workplace, Service Catalog, and Smart IT.
Integrate systems using REST/SOAP, Webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 processes.
Develop Helix dashboards and KPI metrics.
