General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a BMC Remedy/Helix Developer to support NESD Helix engineering initiatives. You will gather requirements, design integrations, and develop workflows across Remedy/Helix ecosystems while operating in a remote team.

The role requires 5+ years of software development and a government-appropriate clearance pathway. Responsibilities include developing RESTful services, LDAP integrations, and data import processes, plus delivering demos and

Qualifications

BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix applications.
Experience with SAAS solutions or AWS Cloud environments.
Experience with ITIL methodologies; ITIL Foundation a plus.
CompTIA Security+ CE certification or obtainable within 3 months.
Strong communication and written skills; ability to create documentation.
Experience in Agile project environments; JIRA a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop workflow and integrations including building forms, fields, and workflow in Developer Studio and Innovation Studio.
Build data import files for Foundation and Transactional Data; develop RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations.
Prepare and deliver presentations and demos; gather requirements and write documentation.
Coordinate change requests, follow procedures, and maintain Production environment.
Work in a remote team environment; participate in daily scrums and sprint planning.
Provide product demonstrations to customers and communicate with stakeholders.
