Job summary

LRS Consulting Services seeks an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Engineer to support and optimize a 2019 On-Premises WMS in a remote contract. The role focuses on MOCA development, API integrations, and WCS interfaces with Dematic and other automation systems.

Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Blue Yonder/JDA WMS, SQL proficiency, and experience with ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Blue Yonder/JDA WMS.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS 2019 On-Premises.
• Strong MOCA development, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting RESTful API integrations.
• Experience integrating Blue Yonder WMS with ERP and automation systems.
• Experience with WCS, including Dematic or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Blue Yonder WMS 2019 On-Premises solutions.
• Design and maintain MOCA customizations and scripts.
• Develop integrations between WMS and enterprise systems via RESTful APIs.
• Interface WMS with WCS (Dematic, conveyors, sortation, ASRS).
• Troubleshoot inventory, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment issues.
• Monitor performance and propose reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, automation, and IT teams.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
• Document interfaces and support procedures; perform root cause analysis.
• Provide 24x7 support during critical incidents and deployments.
