Support Center - IrvingWe are seeking a hands-on Blue Yonder WMS Software Engineer with strong technical skills and a working understanding of distribution center operations. This role will configure, integrate, deploy, and support Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) WMS while partnering with operations and business teams to improve warehouse processes. The ideal candidate has participated in a full-cycle WMS implementation and can take ownership of complex technical issues from design through production resolution.**Major Activities*** Design and implement Blue Yonder WMS configurations, MOCA components, SQL queries, and integrations in line with approved solution architecture.* Partner with business teams and distribution center operations to document requirements, map warehouse processes, and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.* Work with the Solution Architect on process design, interface design, data mapping, and technical direction for complex changes.* Develop technical specifications, solution blueprints, configuration standards, and support documentation.* Support the full deployment lifecycle, including configuration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.* Lead technical defect triage and root-cause analysis.
