Evercam is seeking a remote BizOps Senior Systems Engineer to turn ideas and requests into delivered work across CRM, Desk, Analytics, Finance, CS, Sales, Product, and Ops workflows. The role emphasizes cross-system planning, data integration, and documentation to ensure adoption and optimal usage.

Qualifications include ownership of systems, strong data literacy, end-to-end process design, independent problem solving, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Western Europe or Algeria based.
• Systems ownership: investigate issues, configure systems, build automations.
• Data literacy: understands data quality, naming, and data hygiene.
• Business process design: strong emphasis on end-to-end processes across Sales, Finance, CS, Operations, and other departments.
• Independent problem-solving: handle ambiguous requirements with minimal supervision.
• Cross-functional ownership: work with stakeholders across departments.
• Technical aptitude: solid understanding of CRM/ERP systems, data structures, workflows, integrations, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Create lightweight project plans with stakeholders across the business.
• Implement changes across involved systems using configuration, low-code/no-code tools, scripting, and AI-driven tools as needed.
• Coordinate QA, rollout, training, and post-launch feedback loops.
• Maintain BizOps documentation, project notes, and handoff materials for BizOps workflows.
• Turn repeated questions into better process notes, training materials, or workflow improvements.
• Ensure new workflows have clear owners, escalation paths, adoption metrics, and review dates.
• Help teams move away from ad-hoc chat requests toward visible ticket and project systems.
• Understand Zoho CRM/Books/Desk/Analytics/Zoho Mail and related integrations well enough to spot ownership gaps and downstream impact before changes.
• Use AI to develop required internal custom software tools.
• Translate business objectives into clear data models, fields, workflows, integration, reporting, and governance requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Analytics, Product, and BizOps systems to support how people actually work, not just how tools can be configured.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options with the technical owner, balancing speed, maintainability, data quality.
