Job summary

Bizowie is seeking a full-time Software Analyst to expand the operations team working on our Bizowie Cloud ERP™ platform. This role is remote within the United States and offers the chance to impact mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and online retailers.

You will develop a deep understanding of the product, analyze customer needs, document requirements, and help design tests and specifications for new features. Strong English communication and a proactive, learning mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in an analytical role.
• Self-starter able to learn complex products and processes.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and project planning.
• Technical aptitude with web applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with accounting concepts or manufacturing/distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements
• Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex project work
• Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests
• Stay current on new system releases and functionality
• Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality
• Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment
• Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality
