Qualifications

• 4–8 years in top-tier consulting, BizOps, strategy, or founder/operator roles with clear 0→1 delivery.
• Experience owning cross-functional initiatives like pricing, segmentation, rollout throughput, or RevOps/GTM.
• Strong analytical capability with data-backed recommendations.
• Excellent executive communication with crisp memos and clear asks.
• Fast learner, autonomous, low ego, high ownership.
• Ability to turn messy processes into durable systems with cadences and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive high‑leverage, cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end from scoping through execution and handoff.
• Redesign implementation workflows to improve throughput with existing team capacity.
• Define pricing and packaging strategy, pilot with customers, and measure impact.
• Build cross‑functional product launch playbooks and RevOps infrastructure.
• Launch finance tooling MVPs and deliver dashboards, KPI specs, and playbooks.
• Maintain regular update cadences and handoff documentation for initiatives.
