Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Business Operations to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive leadership. You will oversee the crafting of board decks, all-hands materials, strategic documents, and CEO communications while supporting C-suite executives with high-impact communications.

Position is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20+ hrs/week). Compensation is $80/hour, with ASAP start. Prior BizOps or chief of staff experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as head of business operations supporting C-suite executives.
• Own end-to-end board decks and executive communications.
• Expert PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship; strong writing and attention to detail.
• Chief of staff or BizOps lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Support core workflows: board decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, and strategic documents.
• Draft CEO communications and contribute to CEO-ready materials.
