Qualifications

• 4+ years as VP of business operations supporting C-level executives
• Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, evaluation, and refinement of AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as board decks, executive materials, all-hands, strategic planning documents and CEO communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to train the model on professional presentation standards and ensure output quality aligns with C-suite expectations.
