Qualifications

• 4+ years as a VP of business operations supporting C-level executives
• Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as board meeting decks and executive communications
• Develop high-impact slides for QBRs, offsite materials, and CEO communications
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual excellence in all decks
