Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire heads of business operations who can train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, refine, and evaluate AI-generated board decks, exec communications, and strategic materials for high-stakes environments.

This remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with start ASAP; 80 USD per hour; flexible schedule to work with C-suite executives at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as head of business operations supporting C-level executives.
• Experience owning board decks and executive communications end to end.
• Strong written communication and slide craftsmanship.
• Preferred: chief of staff or BizOps lead.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Support C-suite with board decks and executive communications.
• Craft expert PowerPoint slides with attention to detail.
• Collaborate across teams to align with CEO communications across core workflows.
