Job summary

Ethos is seeking chiefs of staff and BizOps leads with 4+ years supporting C-suite executives at large companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communications drafting.

This fully remote, flexible role offers a compensation of $80/hour with a commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired).

Qualifications

• 4+ years as chief of staff or BizOps support for C-suite executives
• Experience owning board decks and executive communications end to end
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows
• Own board decks and executive communications end to end
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to train language-model presentation tasks
