Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of business operations to train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will own the creation and refinement of board decks and executive communications, supporting C-suite leaders at major companies.

This fully remote opportunity offers $80/hour with flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP. You will craft and polish AI-generated presentations for board meetings, strategic planning, and CEO communications from anywhere in the US or beyond.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as head of business operations supporting C-level executives.
• Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience as chief of staff or BizOps lead is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting.
• Collaborate with executives to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful.
