Watchmaker Genomics, Inc. is seeking a technically savvy Marketing Manager to translate scientific innovation into successful product launches and sustained growth. You will work with Product, Applications, Marketing Communications, and Commercial teams to shape go-to-market strategy and develop compelling scientific content.

The role combines genomics expertise with strategic marketing, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6 years relevant experience or Bachelor's with 8 years relevant experience.
• Biotech and startup experience highly desirable.
• Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Create sales enablement materials, collateral, and customer-facing resources.
• Develop technical content including application notes, white papers, posters, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build campaigns, SEO content, and digital initiatives.
• Manage external collaborations from planning to final deliverables.
