Job summary

Delve Bio, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager / Marketing Communications Specialist to scale our marketing function for biosciences and diagnostics. This remote role collaborates with the Head of Marketing to deliver campaigns, content, and events that support commercial growth.

You will manage multi-channel communications, enable sales with compelling collateral, and help tell our story to clinicians, labs, and health systems in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications or related execution-focused roles.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, diagnostics, or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, organize complex details, and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing/editing skills and the ability to translate technical content for commercial audiences.
• Proficiency with common marketing and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Salesforce, email marketing platforms).
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and creating polished, on-brand collateral; basic design fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Commercial launch and campaign execution through integrated marketing plans.
• Sales enablement content creation and distribution of sales collateral.
• Plan and execute conferences, webinars, and customer programs.
• Marketing operations, project management, budgets, and asset repositories.
• Analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement of campaigns and processes.
