Job summary

BillionToOne is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive marketing programs across channels, handling day-to-day execution and collateral management. This role supports cross-functional teams to bring campaigns from concept to launch.

You will orchestrate email, social, and digital campaigns, develop engaging content, and maintain a strong content library while collaborating across marketing and product teams. Remote-friendly with options for Menlo Park or Union City offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaigns, or a related role.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience executing campaigns across email, social, digital ads, and web.
• Experience managing social channels and developing social content for a brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and QA skills.
• Comfortable with marketing tech and tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Asana.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle and integrated campaigns across email, webinar, SMS, direct mail, digital advertising, web, social, and sales channels.
• Build, test, and deploy campaigns and automations with audiences, segmentation, personalization, content, tracking, and QA.
• Manage customer-facing collateral; maintain organized content libraries and distribution workflows.
• Own the day-to-day execution of social media channels and calendar; draft and publish content.
• Coordinate projects and workflows; ensure timely delivery from concept through launch.
