Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a full-time traveling MEP project integrator for a Biotech or Pharmaceutical build. The role supports our Advanced Technology Group and can be based anywhere in the United States. Experience in biotech/pharma is required.

You will oversee preconstruction, engineering and field installation of MEP systems, lead staff, manage procurement, budgets, safety, scheduling and commissioning to project close-out, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience with MEP design, cost, sequence and field installations.
• Strong ability to present technical material.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, designers, subs, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's reps.
• Understand contract documents, plans, specs and applicable codes.
• Lead and develop Turner MEP staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP, and subordinates.
• Manage MEP procurement, budgets, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, commissioning and close-out.
