Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative (ASR) to engage Health Care Professionals by phone, promote client products, and help reach sales targets. You will work with client field teams, maintain CRM data, and participate in trainings and meetings as needed.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year sales or customer engagement experience, plus strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year sales/customer engagement experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed.
• Inside Sales or Contact Center experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase sales.
• Promote Client's product via telephone to HCP targets to meet sales goals.
• Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs to grow product volume.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve territory goals.
• Maintain data in Amplity/Client CRM systems with call activity and orders.
