Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the legal contract lifecycle in a biotech setting, reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager. You will draft, negotiate, and administer NDAs, SOWs, and Task Orders in alignment with company policy and maintain records.

In this remote role with monthly onsite meetings, you will coordinate with R&D, Legal, and business units, manage multiple priorities, and ensure compliance while contributing to strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in contracts administration or legal roles.
• Proficiency with Agiloft platform.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts (NDAs, SOWs, and Task Orders).
• Coordinate contract processes with stakeholders and ensure records accuracy.
• Onboard users to contract processes and support policy adherence.
• Contribute to strategic projects within the legal team.
