Job summary

The candidate brings 15+ years in pharma, a doctorate in biostatistics, and a decade of leadership. Remote, full-time position with travel and broad stakeholder engagement to drive data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Biostatistics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of industry experience in pharmaceuticals.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading Biometrics teams (statistics, programming, data management).
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and technical direction to Biometrics across trials and programs.
- Oversee statistics, programming and data management pillars and align with value-based strategy.
- Manage budget, resourcing, outsourcing and discipline governance.
- Collaborate with clinical development leaders for portfolio execution and regulatory interactions.
- Drive change, ensure delivery excellence and coach team capability.
