Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, this leader drives scientific engagement, governance, and digital data initiatives, while managing budget and talent across functions and international collaborations.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership in Biometrics within pharma.
• Experience across therapeutic areas and development phases.
• Budget and resource management in a multi-function org.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and scientific direction to Biometrics.
• Review materials for protocols and submission documents; interact with health authorities.
• Drive clinical data strategy and digital approaches (e.g., mHealth).
• Oversee biostatistics, programming and data management pillars.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
