Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry with leadership in Biometrics.
• Experience supporting clinical portfolios across therapeutic areas.
• Line management of a multi-function organization and management of managers.
• Budget management including resourcing and outsourcing.
• Regulatory in-person interaction (e.g., Scientific Advice, Advisory Committee).
• Experience driving large, complex change through influence and relationships.
• Ability to quickly assess and add value in new situations.
• Strong collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complexity into action.
• Up to 15% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight and technical/scientific direction to Biometrics.
• Scientific review of protocols, analysis plans, health authority submissions, publications.
• Operational excellence in delivering Clinical Development portfolio, including resourcing and outsourcing.
• Participate in portfolio governance and provide strategic direction.
• Develop and monitor governance via scorecards and metrics.
• Lead digital approach for clinical data generation (including mHealth).
• Serve as escalation point and knowledge resource for Biometrics.
• Foster value-add change, innovation and disciplined execution.
