Job summary
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a remote, full-time Senior Vice President, Biometrics to provide scientific direction and delivery of the Clinical Development portfolio in partnership with cross-functional leaders.
This leader will oversee biostatistics, clinical programming and data management, driving trial design, analysis planning, submissions and external scientific interactions. Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, the role shapes a culture of accountability,
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Biostatistics or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 10+ years in leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading Biometrics, biostatistics, programming and data management.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to Biometrics and ensure scientific direction.
- Oversee biostatistics, programming and data management pillars.
- Lead trial design, analysis planning, and submission preparation.
- Manage budget, resourcing and outsourcing.
- Engage in regulatory interactions and external dialogue.
- Foster data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
