Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc. is seeking a JCIS Business & Policy Analyst to join the LESIS team supporting the Department of Justice. This role provides policy-focused solutions and technical oversight to enhance biometric services for the law enforcement community.

The position requires government contractor experience, the ability to work remotely, and a DOJ Public Trust clearance. You will collaborate with FBI CJIS and stakeholder groups, developing roadmaps and ensuring compliance with federal

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience focusing on ITSM, system auditing and policies.
• 5+ years of program management and leadership experience.
• Knowledge of biometric standards including EBTS, ANSI/NIST ITL, and CJIS Security Policy.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
• Experience with vendor management and cross-agency collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strategizes with stakeholders to develop fiscal year roadmaps for biometric programs.
• Manage technical support operations for biometric systems and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Serve as SME on biometric standards and provide briefings and white papers.
• Lead customer liaison meetings to derive new requirements.
• Present program roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Analyze policies to ensure alignment with CFR, EO, and CJIS policies.
• Engage FBI CJIS leadership to enhance information sharing.
• Define roadmaps for future biometric integrations.
• Ensure projects align to business goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract compliance.
• Review and triage support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
