Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computational Biology or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and Bash for data analysis.
• Experience with omics data quality control and batch effects.
• Strong communication across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality reports and communicate outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate high-throughput analysis outputs into hypotheses and actions for projects.
• Perform statistical analyses: differential abundance, tests, and associations.
• Create visualizations: scatter, bar, box, heatmaps, and clustering dendrograms.
• Apply unsupervised learning to interpret data and handle high-dimensional structures.
• Install, run, and troubleshoot bioinformatics workflows (Conda, Nextflow, QIIME2).
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate data into registries.
• Support pangenome builds and protein annotation for comparative genomics.
