Qualifications

• Interest in systems immunology and multi-omics analyses.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebook and R Markdown for workflows.
• Proficiency with HPC environments and SLURM is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate coding and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintains software, hardware and the network in a bioinformatics setting.
• Supervises updates and recommends enhancements.
• Analyzes high throughput screening data and generates predictive correlations.
• Applies molecular modeling tools to refine screening hits.
• Presents models to guide experimental direction.
• Performs related responsibilities as required.
