Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Biofuels Corporate Strategy Manager based in the United States. You will drive strategic initiatives that support biofuels growth and coordinate cross-functional teams to shape executive decisions.

Responsibilities include market research, financial planning, operating model design, and external partnerships. Remote work is available nationwide, with optional in-person work at the Arden Hills, Minnesota headquarters.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead strategic workstreams from concept to execution.
• Experience translating market data into actionable business plans.
• Strong analytical and research skills for primary/secondary studies.
• Solid understanding of strategy, sales, marketing, supply chain and finance.
• Experience organizing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to two biofuels-related workstreams within a strategic program.
• Define goals, decision criteria, and structured plans to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinate activities, milestones, and resource needs across teams.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to develop recommendations and analyses.
• Provide progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Represent workstreams in discussions with external partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth primary/secondary market research and analysis.
• Support financial assessments, business cases, and planning.
• Contribute to operating model design for strategic initiatives.
• Identify dependencies and trade-offs between workstreams; ensure alignment.
• Apply judgment to balance independent work with stakeholder input.
