Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Biofuels Corporate Strategy Manager to lead strategy development, negotiate external agreements, design operating models, and oversee financial planning and market research.

You will coordinate 1-2 workstreams, define objectives, manage a cross-functional team, report to senior leadership, and collaborate with partners and the business to advance biofuels initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years of business experience in strategy, consulting, investing, or related roles.
• Willingness to travel about 3-6 days per month.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and drive decisions with senior leadership.
• Experience in research and analysis to derive actionable business implications.
• Strong foundation across strategy, sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
• MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 biofuels workstreams and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Define workstream objectives, decisions, and resource needs.
• Informally manage a team that provides input, analysis, and documentation.
• Provide updates to Senior Executive Leadership and represent workstreams with external partners.
• Identify dependencies and tradeoffs between workstreams.
• Engage in negotiations with external parties and internal stakeholders.
