Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Systems Specialist to drive BIM workflows and coordinate models across disciplines from any regional office or fully remote. You will create work plans for development and QA, and manage BIM standards on related projects.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years BIM modeling experience, proficiency with Revit, Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office, plus strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in IT, BIM, or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, Autodesk, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; Evolve a plus.
• Knowledge of NEC, safety codes, contracts, plans and specs.
• Strong initiative, organization, customer service, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Basic project management training and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develops BIM project data sets/workflows and drives project setup and standards for BIM usage.
• Evaluates BIM software and automates workflows to support standards and productivity.
• Creates and manages content libraries, templates, and licensing across projects.
• Manages project content, models, modeling environments, and cross-discipline coordination.
• Oversees BIM/Revit deployments, hardware/network support, and end-user training.
• Provides technical mentoring and communicates standard changes to project teams.
• Reports on BIM processes, resources, budgets, and project state.
• Builds strong relationships with customers, foremen, teams, and vendors.
