Job summary

Elite Sourcing, LLC. seeks a detail‑oriented Revit Support Specialist to enhance BIM workflows and implement office standards. You will troubleshoot Revit environments, train staff, and improve project delivery through efficient BIM processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of BIM support in architecture/interior design, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests under deadline pressure. Office location is New York with four days in office and one remote day.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years in BIM support at a medium to large architecture/interior design firm.
• Experience creating/maintaining Revit families, templates, and libraries.
• Strong troubleshooting in Revit environments and BIM workflows.
• Ability to train staff with varying technical skill levels.
• Experience with QA/QC in BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM support to project teams and troubleshoot Revit models.
• Develop and enforce office BIM standards and templates.
• Train staff and lead workshops/lunch‑and‑learn sessions.
• Support project teams under deadline pressure and manage multiple requests.
• Document workflows and improve BIM processes for project delivery.
