Qualifications

• Proficiency in MEP-related BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep).
• Strong experience in BIM coordination workflows across multiple MEP trades.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to mentor and train others in MEP BIM tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the seamless integration of MEP systems into BIM models.
• Oversee coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Model and coordinate MEP systems with subcontractors.
• Deliver training on MEP BIM/VDC workflows.
