Job summary

Miller-Remick is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and visualization on complex building projects. This role can be done from any state in the US and involves developing, maintaining, and leveraging BIM models to improve constructability and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a BIM or VDC role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks Manage (or similar).
• Basic understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models in Revit and related platforms to support design planning and execution.
• Assist with model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews in coordination with design teams.
• Support project teams with model-based problem solving and visualization.
• Collaborate with project managers and the project team to align BIM deliverables with project needs.
• Prepare model views, animations, visualizations, and client presentations as necessary.
• Support BIM execution plans (BEPs) and model standards across projects.
• Maintain model accuracy, organization, and data integrity in accordance with BIM standards and BEPs.
• Assist with model handoffs, file management, and documentation.
