Job summary

Above Group, Inc. is seeking a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinator to support our BIM Manager. The role focuses on setting up, maintaining, and improving BIM projects, with emphasis on Revit and AutoCAD workflows, templates, and standards.

You will contribute to efficient project delivery and high-quality design output for clients. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and construction teams, manage BIM content libraries, and assist with visualizations and presentations

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in architecture, construction management, drafting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of construction project software management experience.
• Proficient understanding of BIM workflows with Revit/AutoCAD; knowledge of AEC disciplines, MEPF, and applicable standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, maintenance, and updates of BIM models, templates, and standards in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support multi-disciplinary teams to develop accurate, coordinated building systems models.
• Manage BIM content libraries, systems, and schedules; ensure accuracy and software alignment.
• Coordinate BIM support for visualizations, diagrams, and renderings for reviews and client presentations.
• Assist with staffing coordination across projects and balance BIM support needs.
