Job summary

Our client seeks a Senior BIM Architect focused on infrastructure to join a globally distributed, fully remote team. You will lead BIM strategies for large-scale projects and improve data management throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires advanced BIM skills, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D, and strong collaboration across time zones. You'll develop BEPs, templates, and training materials while advancing BIM standards.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 in BIM management and architecture.
Proven BIM implementation experience for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes for complex infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEPs) and project templates.
Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all project phases.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders using virtual tools.
Provide technical expertise on BIM software and workflows (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D).
Oversee BIM model creation and data integrity for infrastructure components.
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and construction teams to resolve design clashes.
Develop and deliver BIM training programs for users.
