Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience OR healthcare call-center experience.
• Ability to work 8:30AM–5:00PM EST Mon-Thu and 7:30AM–4:00PM EST Fri; potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls from patients or representatives regarding billing, invoices, payment plans, and pricing.
• Explain Athena Alliance Program and guide patients through application steps; obtain ABN where required.
• Update invoices and respond to complex billing inquiries; resolve issues and complaints.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate patient spreadsheets.
