Revecore is seeking a remote Account Analyst to manage accident-related hospital accounts from intake to resolution. You will coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, submit claims, and maximize reimbursement for hospital clients while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

The role requires at least 1 year of office experience, familiarity with health/auto insurance or medical billing, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using multiple screens; ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account from intake to resolution.
• Communicate professionally with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
