Job summary

Revecore is seeking a remote position to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution. You will coordinate no-fault and liability benefits and maximize reimbursement for hospital clients while handling a high volume of calls and working across systems like AcciClaim and SharePoint.

The role requires at least one year in a professional office, familiarity with health or auto insurance, and strong communication skills. A private home workspace and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
