Job summary

At Revecore, we help hospitals recover the revenue they've earned so they can continue serving patients and communities. The role involves managing accident-related accounts, coordinating no-fault and liability benefits, and maximizing reimbursements for hospital clients from intake to resolution.

The position requires at least one year in a professional office environment, experience in health or auto insurance, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
