The role requires handling a high volume of calls, documenting in AcciClaim, and communicating with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.

Candidates should have at least one year in a professional office, experience in health or auto insurance, and comfort with Microsoft Office, AcciClaim, and SharePoint.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment (required).
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation (a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.
