Job summary

Aston Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Billing Supervisor to lead the billing and AR functions from end to end in a healthcare setting. The role focuses on ensuring accurate claims submission, timely follow-up, and effective collections.

The ideal candidate has strong Medicaid/Medicare experience, solid denial management skills, and prior supervision or team lead experience. SNF or long-term care billing experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare billing experience with Medicaid, Managed Care, and Medicare.
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, collections, and claim follow-up.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing requirements, denials, and payment reconciliation.
• Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care billing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and accounts receivable functions from claims submission to collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and resolution of denials.
• Provide leadership and development for AR team and ensure processes are followed.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
